After spending over a decade running my own luxury home-goods brand, I learned first-hand how wildly isolating and challenging it is to run a business.

I’ve bottled up 10+ years of marketing, operations and HR learnings into Lubin & Co., where we help $1M+ businesses grow with simple, scalable systems.

The challenges you are up against might be a first for you, but they aren’t for me, so let’s tackle them together.

My background

I started my career in technology consulting at Capgemini, where I honed my skills in process automation and the latest software.

After that, I spent over 10 years running Azulina Home, a luxury home goods brand where we manufactured textiles for Restoration Hardware, Jenni Kayne and Food52. It was a crash course in sales, marketing, operations, and wearing all the hats.

I know what it’s like to juggle client work, growth goals and the never-ending to do list.

Now, I bring both worlds together: big-picture thinking and gritty, real-world experience from building a business from the ground up.

I’m based in Washington, DC (by way of Houston, TX and Bogotá, Colombia) where I live with my husband, two boys, and our Aussie pup, Gus.
